Field & Garden Ltd aims to provide the best in both quality and service for its customers. Guarantee

Field & Garden Ltd have a customer guarantee policy, which protects you against any faulty or defective goods. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or defective goods or that the delivery is an error made by the company, you can return the item(s) to us with a full refund of the cost of postage. The goods themselves can then either be exchanged or refunded. In order that we can provide a follow up to the matter, and prepare for returning goods, please follow the complaints procedure detailed above.

To return an item, wrap the package securely, enclosing a note detailing the problem or the fault, and send it to Field & Garden Ltd., Springfields, Castle Road, Wormegay, King's Lynn, Norfolk PE33 0SG. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item, within 7 working days, commencing the day after the delivery date, including a refund of any payments. If you decide to cancel, please inform us by telephoning 01553 844055, and then return the goods to us in an unopened state and in their original condition. This applies to all our products. Please note, we regret that cancellations cannot be accepted for items where the packaging has been opened. When returning the items, please include a note confirming that it is a cancellation and include the delivery note and your customer number. You should be aware that for cancellations, you would be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. If we arrange for the item(s) to be collected, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Please return the item(s) to Field & Garden Ltd., Cancellations Dept., Springfields, Castle Road, Wormegay, King's Lynn, Norfolk, PE33 0SG.

Delivery

Delivery will be made either by parcel service or courier, depending on the size of the package and the location of the customer. Prices quoted are applicable for UK mainland only, and are inclusive of delivery and VAT where appropriate. Only orders under Ł18.00 in value will attract a Ł3.50 surcharge for service. Goods will be despatched within 2 days of confirmed order and delivered on a next day service. For customers outside the UK mainland, we will confirm delivery details at time of order.

Customer Privacy Policy

Field & Garden Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy and will operate in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. In order that we can fulfil your order, and process information for internal marketing, research and analysis, we would like to collect the following information: Name, address, telephone number and email address along with your purchase history. We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date and would therefore be grateful if you could contact us should your circumstances change, i.e. moving house.
